Provided are a measurement method, device and system for radio resource management, which relate to the field of communications and can improve the efficiency and accuracy ratio of the measurement of radio resource management. The method comprises: according to a detected first reference signal, determining, by a UE, a first resource where the detected first reference signal is located; according to a received power of the detected first reference signal borne on the first resource, determining, by the UE, a reference signal received power (RSRP) of a target cell; determining, by the UE, a second resource; according to the total received power on the second resource, determining, by the UE, a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) of the target cell; and according to the RSRP and the RSSI, determining, by the UE, a reference signal received quality (RSRQ) and/or a signal to interference noise ratio (SINR) of the target cell. The method is applied to the measurement of radio resource management. |
