Disclosed is a sampling head, comprising a capillary (1), wherein the capillary (1) composed of an inner-diameter-adjustable tube body (1-4), wherein a liquid inlet (1-2) is provided at one end of the inner-diameter-adjustable tube body (1-4), and a liquid outlet (1-1) is provided at the other end of the inner-diameter-adjustable tube body (1-4), and the ratio of the inner diameter of the liquid outlet (1-1) of the capillary (1) and the inner diameter of the liquid inlet (1-2) is 0.3-0.8:1; or the capillary (1) is composed of an inner-diameter-equal tube body (1-3) and an inner-diameter -adjustable tube body (1-4) communicating with each other, wherein a liquid inlet (1-2) is provided at one end of the inner-diameter-equal tube body (1-3), and a liquid outlet (1-2) is provided at one end of the inner-diameter-adjustable tube body (1-4), and the ratio of the inner diameter of the liquid outlet (1-1) of the capillary (1) and the inner diameter of the liquid inlet (1-2) is 0.3-0.8:1. The sampling head is suitable for quantitative sampling in biological, chemical, and medical field, and has the advantage of being easy to use and significantly increasing sampling rate. |
