Systems and methods for detecting pilot over focalization

Methods and systems are provided for determining over focalization of a pilot of an aircraft. The method includes receiving human parameter data (120,122,124,126) from one or more systems that observe conditions associated with the pilot and receiving controls data (128) that indicates an interaction of the pilot with one or more control systems of the aircraft. The method includes, based on the human parameter data (120,122,124,126) and the controls data (128), generating at least one alert. The method also includes communicating the at least one alert to the pilot to change a focus of the pilot.
