The assembly (14) has pellets (15) whose granulometry is to equal to 1 mm, where an average mass of the grains of the pellets is lower than 0.04 gram. The pellets are locked up in a closed package (16) i.e. flexible sachet, that is disaggregated during explosion of a tactical missile, where cells are placed in an inner face of an aerodynamic cap of the missile. The density of granulates material is equal to 15.4. The pellets are made of tungsten. The closed package is made of a thermo-weldable material.
