<p>The present invention relates to a method for processing a channel conflict between services and a communication device. The method includes: when a service channel required by a first service initiated by a user is occupied, saving information required for processing the first service; and when the service channel is released, processing the first service according to the saved information required for processing the first service. By using the method or device, the case where a service is directly interrupted when a service channel is occupied is prevented, and user experience is enhanced.</p> |
