Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing the biocomposite plate, comprising (a) impregnating at least two sheets of paper with a composition comprising (I) and/or (II) or a prepolymer of (I) and (II), and (b) placing the sheets obtained from step (a) one above the other and pressing the sheets together in a planar manner by increasing the pressure and temperature; and (2) a panel comprising a carrier and the above biocomposite plate adherent on the carrier.
