The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker composition for determination of high quality or high function ingredient content in Korean cattle meat. The single nucleotide polymorphism marker according to the present invention rapidly determines information relating to weight, back fat thickness, eye muscle area (EMA), marbling, meat quality index, moisture, fat, protein, ash, cholesterol, pH, meat color, flavor, texture, juiciness, preference, water holding capacity, water loss, heat loss, warmer-Bratzler shear force (WBSF), amino acid composition, meat color composition, protein composition, and fatty acid composition of Korean cattle meat, thereby being used in developing Korean cattle meat with excellent quality. |
