The present invention relates to OsPP2C10 gene and a new use. More specifically, PP2C10 coded by OsPP2C10 gene separated from rice promotes the extracellular secretion of proteins by JA. Therefore, transgenic rice with overexpressing the same improves stress resistance and disease resistance, and can be used to produce useful proteins by using the proteins secreted by JA.
