The present invention relates to a hybrid heat insulation sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention includes: a heat spreader which is composed of a first heat conductive plate and a second heat conductive plate which is bonded to the first heat conductive plate by a first adhesive and has a pattern shape with a plurality of opening parts; a heat delay unit which temporally delays and conducts heat distributed from the heat spreader and is filled in the opening parts; and an insulation unit which is bonded to the heat delay unit and the second heat conductive plate by a second adhesive, collects the heat distributed from the second heat conductive plate and the heat which is temporally delayed and conducted in the heat delay unit, and insulates the collected heat. |
