The present invention relates to a fabricating method for an Mn-Al based powder which comprises the steps of: fabricating the Mn-Al based powder; fabricating a pre-treatment solution; fabricating an electroless plating solution; removing an oxide film of the Mn-Al based powder by mixing the Mn-Al based powder and a pre-treatment solution; fabricating the Mn-Al based powder solution which contains a portion of the pre-treatment solution wherein part of the pre-treatment solution is volatilized; and forming a metal shell on the Mn-Al based powder core by inserting the Mn-Al based powder into the electroless plating solution. As a magnetic material, the Mn-Al based powder which receives attention has a particle structure as a core-shell structure, thereby realizing a hard and soft magnetism composite structure to replace a conventional rare-earth based magnet by developing a high efficiency magnetic material through exchange-coupling. |
