A heat dissipation film includes an electric heating layer on which a graphene corpuscle and a carbon nanotube are uniformly distributed. A mass ratio of the carbon nanotube to the sum of the graphene corpuscle and the carbon nanotube is 0.05 to 0.2. The graphene corpuscle is substantially arranged in parallel to the surface direction of the electric heating layer. The electric heating layer has a density over 1.9g/cm^3 and a thermal conductivity over 600W/mk. |
