The present invention relates to a pneumatic jig for working graphite forming fixture with a shape of large-area sheet, more specifically, to a pneumatic jig used for fixing a thin film-shaped graphite workpiece with a large area which is brittle due to a high brittleness quickly and safely to a machining tool such as a high speed processing machine, etc. using negative pressure (sucking force) in order to process a graphite workpiece by a graphite forming fixture. According to the present invention, the setting time for installing the thin film-shaped graphite workpiece with a large area to the pneumatic jig can be reduced substantially by forming a number of suction through-holes on the workpiece, mounting the workpiece to a suction plate, and easily attaching and fixing the workpiece using negative pressure, wherein the thin film-shaped graphite workpiece has high brittleness and can be easily broken or cracked by an external shock due to the shape of a thin film and a large area. Moreover, so crack or damage can be reduced during processing and processing productivity may be improved since an excessive force is not applied to thin film-shaped graphite workpiece with a large area and a high brittleness. |
