CAR DOOR IMPACT BEAM MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS

The present invention relates to a car door impact beam manufacturing system which does not require a press for shaping a flat unit, a heating device and a cooling device when shaping a flat unit to weld both ends of a door impact beam which is installed inside a door of a vehicle and satisfies collision performance requirements for a side impact on the door. The car door impact beam manufacturing system comprises: a roll forming unit to receive a base metal (P) flattened in a plate shape by being unwound from an uncoiler and then passing under a strainer, transport the flattened base metal, and form at least one impact absorbing unit protruding from the base metal in a longitudinal direction to form a beam body; a flat shaping unit to receive and transport the beam body supplied from the roll forming unit to compress the impact absorbing unit to gradually shorten the impact absorbing unit to form a flat unit having a prescribed flat surface; and a cutting unit to receive and transport the beam body supplied from the flat shaping unit and cut a center of the flat unit to divide the flat unit into two portions in the longitudinal direction.
