Method and device for verifying the consistency of the measurements of the angle-of-attack probe of an aircraft

<p>The method involves analyzing and measuring amplitude of variations of a signal (E1) for measuring a vertical load factor (S-NZ). The amplitude of variations is compared (E2) with a threshold. Amplitude of variations of another signal is calculated (E3). The calculated amplitude of the variations is compared (E4) with another threshold. Measurements provided by an angle of attack probe are identified as incoherent, so that the calculated amplitude of the variations does not exceed the latter threshold throughout duration of a time window. An independent claim is also included for a device for verifying consistency of measurements of an angle of attack probe mounted on an aircraft.</p>
