发明名称 Method of shaping 2D optical and metaoptical structures on a polymer surface
摘要 The method of shaping 2D polymer nanostructures of the present invention is characterized in that the polymer surface is exposed to a periodical thermal agitation of a focused and surface-scanning laser beam of a wavelength, which can be absorbed by the surface of the polymer used and with a power enabling exceeding yield point of the shaped polymer. In case of need, the absorption properties of the polymer can be adjusted by surface or volume donation with a suitable substance. For manufacture of more complex structures (for instance matrices for optical metamaterials), the preparation process is added with a simultaneous mechanical movement of the polymer surface in a plane perpendicular to the scanning laser beam in the direction of scanning and subsequently displaced by an angle within the range of 0.1 degree to 359.9 degrees relative to the original direction of scanning with the repeated scanning of the same point in the same plane.
