In a vehicle (10), a pressure tube (44) is fixed to a radiator support cover (20), and extends in a vehicle width direction between a front end portion of a hood (26) and the radiator support cover (20). Also, a pressing portion (32) is provided on the hood (26). This pressing portion (32) is arranged opposite the pressure tube (44). When the front end portion of the hood (26) bendably deforms as a result of a pedestrian falling onto the hood (26) when a collision occurs between the vehicle (10) and the pedestrian, the pressing portion (32) presses on the pressure tube (44). In this way, the vehicle (10) is configured such that the pressing portion (32) presses on the pressure tube (44), so the pressure tube (44) is able to be pressed on well by the pressing portion (32) even if a vehicle front end upper portion protrudes farther toward a vehicle front side than a vehicle front end lower portion does in a side view design. |
