An on-board charger in a green car comprises: a timer CP detecting circuit (10) for, when electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) (100) is connected to a connector, detecting a control pilot (CP) signal (100A) as being transmitted from the EVSE as an input signal through the connection to the connector, outputting the CP signal (100A) as a DC signal (10A) recognized as a DC, and maintaining, by the DC signal (10A), a display of a power on mark of an OBC control circuit (9) for controlling charging. Therefore, the display of the power on mark required in charging is constantly maintained with a rapid reaction speed and a stable operating characteristic, and an abnormal operation possibility caused by, especially, unknown power is removed to greatly increase the operation reliability of the timer CP detecting circuit (10), so performance of an OBC is improved thorough high reliability, and, further, a cost competitiveness can be improved and a size can be reduced. |
