The present invention aims to provide a steamed mixture of Kimchi, seafood, and bones and a method for cooking the same. The steamed mixture has less spicy and fishy taste of steamed seafood to enable not only consumers, who do not like spicy food but also western people, who prefer meat, to easily enjoy the steamed mixture. A main material for the steamed mixture is a pig bone. The steamed mixture also has a harmonious and blend taste of seafood. The method includes the steps of: producing paste for the steamed mixture by uniformly mixing ripened seasoning with broth including bone broth and natural broth at a certain ratio, adding and heating various kinds of seafood, green onions, small mushrooms, and vermicelli noodles at high temperatures; and then mixing and stir-frying pepper powder, wild sesame, starch powder, and steamed bean sprouts; and covering a pig bone, additionally prepared, with the paste and then placing a steamed octopus on the paste as a final step. The steamed mixture includes the bone broth and the natural broth at a harmonious ratio, has also spicy taste, and thus can be enjoyed by various types of consumers. |
