An organic light emitting diode according to the present invention includes: a substrate, an RGB color filter layer which are formed on the substrate, a switching thin film and driving thin film transistors which are formed on the color filter, a light shielding layer which is formed on the switching thin film and driving thin film transistors and shields light, a protection layer which is formed on the substrate having the color filter layer and the light shieling layer, and has a contact hole which exposes the drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor, a lower electrode which is formed on the protection layer and is connected to the drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor, and a light shielding bank which is formed on the protection layer in the upper part of the switching thin film and driving thin film transistors. The present invention shields light and can solve a problem of deteriorating the reliability of a device at the same time. |
