The method includes: a step in which a control unit receives hybrid DMB broadcast signals through the hybrid DMB receiver; a step in which the control unit receives base station location information of a mobile network through the hybrid DMB receiver; a step in which the control unit receives an optimized value of reception performance with respect to the base station location information after requesting an electric wave environment providing server to provide the optimized value; and a step in which the control unit sets a tuning value on the hybrid DMB receiver after determining the tuning value of the receiver according to the optimized value of reception performance. |
