In the present invention, disclosed is a pre-cooling method using an air blast in wetting type with use of different pressure, which treats packaged chrysanthemum in a pre-cooling process of an air blast in a wetting type with use of different pressure, before shipping chrysanthemum which is cut, thereby decreasing the temperature of fermenting chrysanthemum within a short time; preventing the chrysanthemum from wilting and fresh weight of the chrysanthemum from being changed in a transport process; and maintaining freshness and quality of cut chrysanthemum having little change before a blooming step.
