A night surveillance camera according to the present invention includes: a laser diode module which emits laser; a filter which transmits an illuminant of the laser diode module; a pan tilt unit composed of a lens driving unit which adjusts a focus of the laser transmitted through the filter via lens; a controlling unit which controls the laser diode module, the filter, the lens driving unit and the pan tilt unit; a camera which has digital zoom function through an optical zoom lens for capturing an object; and a display and storage unit which displays and stores the image obtained from the camera, and the filter includes a feature comprising transparent pattern and a pattern made of vertical or horizontal diagonal line or dotted line at regular intervals. |
