The present invention relates to a three dimensional terrestrial laser scanner to be used for restoration for structure change and safety evaluation etc., by achieving 3-D space information such as a building, a bridge and a cultural asset etc. The scanner includes: a laser transmission part to be installed in the body; a laser transmission reflector to reflect the laser emitted from the laser transmission part in a constant angle; a reflection rotary body to reflect laser irradiated from the laser transmission reflector into outside and to get reflected laser reflected from outside objects as an input; a driving source to rotate the reflection rotary body; a laser receiving reflector to get reflected laser to be input in a reflection rotary body; a laser receiving part to receive reflected laser input through a laser receiving reflector; and a control part to be connected to the laser transmission part and the laser receiving part, to control laser emitted from a laser transmission part to change it into a certain shape using reflected laser input from a laser receiving part. The reflection rotary body includes: a rotating member combined to a rotating axis of driving source; a reflector housing with a cylinder shape to be combined to the rotating member and to have a sloping side; a reflector combined to the slope side; and a housing cover to tightly contact the slope side and whose combined condition to the reflector housing forms a cylinder shape. |
