A separator 5 of non-hygroscopic material, e.g. mica, glass, ceramic, soft aluminium or copper foil, foil sandwiched between insulating layers or anodized aluminium foil, is placed between a condenser assembly 2 and the bottom or side walls of a mould 1 before the encapsulating resin 6 is poured in. The mould of polyethylene, teflon, rubber, silicone or siliconeoil-coated metal may be left on the condenser as a permanent outer coating. |
