The present invention relates to 2-cyano-acrylamide derivatives having a 2-cyano-acrylamide functional group inserted between pyrimidine and lower molecular compound of fusion pyrimidine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which has an outstanding effect of selectively inhibiting protein kinases like EGFR mutant, BTK and JAK3 and less side effects, thereby a pharmaceutical composition including the same to have an outstanding effect of preventing and treating diseases caused by an abnormal activity of the protein kinases.
