The present invention relates to a flatness correcting device for a metal product and a horizontal deflection correcting method. More specifically, the said invention relates to a horizontal deflection correcting device for a metal product and a horizontal deflection correcting method capable of preventing dislocation while a product has a planar portion such as a terminal box case by controlling a flatness or a horizontal deflection. The correcting method comprises: a step of forming the product having the planar portion; a step of determining a gradient by measuring the horizontal level of the planar portion of the formed product; a step of determining a correction section in accordance to the determined gradient; a step of arranging a pin on a table to fixate a table or a press for correcting; a step of arranging a stamp to press the correction section on the press; a step of adjusting the height of the stamp based on the gradient; and a step of processing the correction section by moving the stamp downward. The horizontal deflection correcting method is characterized wherein the correction section is formed into constant patterns in the product forming process, and at least one pair of the stamps is arranged. |
