HEADREST SUPPORT STRUCTURE

Two headrest stays (14L, 14R) are supported such that, when the tilting amount in the seat front-rear direction of the headrest stays (14L, 14R) relative to a seatback frame (10) is within a specified range, the support stiffness of a headrest (13) relative to the seat front-rear direction is reduced in comparison to when the tilt amount is outside the range. The two headrest stays (14L, 14R) are secured to be swingable in the seat front-rear direction in the headrest (13).
