The device for measuring bioimpedance in raw meat according to the present invention is characterized in that, at least one electrode (1) of the device, having a tip (7), being connected with a casing (2) and space-adaptable, is provided with an external spring (3) that withdraws the electrode (1) from a holder (6), whereby the electrode (1) casing (2), being fastened by means of a nut (4), is provided with a plug contact (5). The casing (2) acts as a stop for depth of the electrode (1) incision into the raw meat. The casing (2) has openings (8) for location therein additional adaptable electrodes (1). The device can be used for measuring not only bioimpedance, but also other variables, such as conductivity in both live and dead animals as well as plants. |
