The present invention discloses an automatic load transfer switch. The automatic load transfer switch includes: an output part which supplies power by being connected to an optical modem; a DC power input part which is connected to a power line outputted from a distribution automatic terminal unit; an AC power input part which is connected to a branch line of an external power supply inputted to the distribution automatic terminal unit through a controlling panel; an automatic switchover part which applies the AC power inputted from the AC power input part and providing the AC power to the optical modem, after blocking the DC power input part when the current inputted to the DC power input part is lower than the standard value; a AC-to-DC converter which converts the DC power to AC power; and a charging circuit which executes power compensation by discharging the power for certain period time in accordance with the control of the automatic switchover part, when the AC power input from the external power supply is blocked due to failure of distribution lines. |
