The present invention is configured so as to perform cooling of a hot gas effectively when a hot gas is flowed into a thermal expansion room by installing a cooling device using liquefied nitrogen in the thermal expansion room of conventional hybrid-extinction type gas circuit breaker. Through this, a substantial effect of improving blocking performance of the cooling device may be secured by cooling a hot gas in an extinction part effectively in a thermal blocking performance test, a major blocking test of a blocker.
