A nasal nebulizer comprising a base part (1) with a gas inlet (14) and an internal gas passage (14'), a main tank structure (5) carried by the base part (1) and comprising an internal compartment (19), and an internal conduct (17) being in fluid communication with the internal gas passage (14') of the base part (1), and projecting upwardly into the internal compartment (19) of the main tank structure (5). It further comprises a removable mini tank structure (9) arranged into the main tank structure (5) and comprising a lower opening (30), said internal conduct (17) projecting upwardly through said lower opening (30) of the mini tank structure (9). The nasal nebulizer according to the invention is suitable for nebulising a liquid solution, especially a drug-containing solution, and cleaning at least of a part of a nasal cavity of a user.
