The present invention relates to a draining device of a draining facility, which has an improved structure to use a floating pump capable of minimizing the flow of sediment when a pump of draining facility is driven, thereby reducing management costs by minimizing the amount of energy consumed for the draining pump of the draining facility. The present invention includes: a solar energy module part arranged on the top of a roof of a draining facility to convert solar energy collected from the sun to electric energy; a floating main body floating in a suction water tank positioned at the lower side of the drain facility, wherein the height of the floating main body is variable depending on water level of the suction water tank; an engine seated at one side interior of the floating main body to be driven by oil, as power source, supplied from an oil supply tank; a floating pump seated at the floating main body to be driven in order to pump water inside the suction water tank by a driving force of the engine; and an expansion pipe connected with a drain of the floating pump and an outer draining pipe of the draining facility, wherein the expansion pipe is flexibly operated corresponding to the variable height of the floating pump. |
