<p>One object is to provide a method of forming a metallic appearance of a sports equipment wherein a three-dimensional metallic appearance can be stably formed at low cost. In accordance with one aspect, the present invention provides a method of forming, on a base member of a sports equipment, a metallic appearance including a three-dimensional decorative layer containing a metallic material, the method including the steps of: forming a plurality of UV curable adhesive layers on the base member by ink-jet printing such that part of underlying adhesive layer is exposed; and forming a metallic material layer on the surface of the plurality of adhesive layers.</p> |
