<p>Different Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) reduction techniques are used in electronic devices in the market in order to conform to the EMI regulations. Present invention offers a simple solution that can be used for most of the digital display devices for EMI reduction. The invention uses a display driver circuit (2) that can be controlled by software and clock frequency is varied periodically within a predefined range by a software routine running on microcontroller (7). The invention provides a cost effective and easily applicable solution for reduction of EMI.</p> |
