The present invention relates to a book-scanning system using smart devices, specifically to the display screens of the device including: domain-display modules that mark domain adjustment tools to adjust the shape of a first domain, which corresponds to the left side of the scanned book, a second domain, corresponding to the right side of the book, and to adjust the first and the second domains; domain adjustment modules that adjust the shape of the first and second domains with regard to the domain setup information entered through the domain adjustment tools, and modules that save the information; shooting signal detection modules that detect shooting signals and convey shooting orders to camera modules installed in the smart devices; image acquisition modules that acquire images by separating a first and a second book images which correspond respectively to the first and second domains, using the domain setup information from images shot with the camera modules; and image-saving modules that save the first and the second book images in presumed orders. All the modules are included in the constitution properties of the scanning system. According to the book-scanning system using smart devices suggested in the present invention, the system is convenient in that the mechanism thereof does not require separate scanning devices, thereby being economical. This is because the aforementioned smart devices enable users to set up scanning domains according to the positions of the book to be shot by confirming the images of the book on the preview screen, and acquire book images that correspond to these domains by cutting the images out. Also, the book can be swiftly scanned by acquiring book images of two pages each, with only one shooting. In addition, editing processes such as margin cutting or background deletion are not required because the book images are acquired by cutting the images out according to the presumed scanning domains. |
