The present invention relates to a device and a method of melting and forming under a vacuum environment. The present invention melts the metal and fills up with a mold cavity inside the melting device; and the present invention realizes a high vacuum environment by sucking out the air after blocking an external air from entering inside the device when melting and forming the metal. Therefore, the present invention can form detailed metal formation with high quality by preventing changes of properties of the matter due to a blockage of contact between the melted metal and air.
