The present invention relates to a treatment system for shale gas waste water, more specifically, to a treatment system for shale gas waste water, comprising: an insulation storage tank storing introduced shale gas waste water; a pretreatment device pretreating the shale gas waste water in the insulation storage tank; a heat exchange device exchanging heat between the shale gas waste water stored in the insulation storage tank and the shale gas waste water pretreated through the pretreatment device, and connected to one area of the insulation storage tank; and a film distillation water treatment device including a film distillation unit composed of an inflow water side, a treatment water side, and a separating film, and water-treating the pretreated shale gas waste water passing through the heat exchange device as introduced raw water.
