The present invention provides a solar photovoltaic power generation apparatus for vehicle and a vehicle including the same, generating the electricity for driving a vehicle by using photovoltaic power and taking a view of the outside from the inside at the same time without opening a view window. The solar photovoltaic power generation apparatus includes a photovoltaic generation module which generates the electricity necessary for a drive of the vehicle by using the sunlight, and is installed at the view window of a body of the vehicle, so that a view of the outside can be taken from the inside. The photovoltaic generation comprises: a first photovoltaic module which generates the electricity by transmitting the sunlight into the inside of the vehicle, and is installed in some areas of the view window; and a second photovoltaic module which generates the electricity by blocking the transmission of the sunlight into the inside of the vehicle, and is installed at the remaining areas except some areas of the view window.
