The device has a traction transfer unit adapted for fixing to a support structure, such that a portion of the traction transfer unit is free running in two axes, where a rope fastening unit is coupled to the traction transfer unit and at which a rope (11,11a,11b) is fastened. An angle remains unchanged between a tangent of the fixed rope and a longitudinal axis of the rope fastening unit, when the support structure moves, on which the traction transfer unit is fastened. The traction transfer unit is adapted, such that it is fastenable on a tree (2) or an upright pole. An independent claim is included for a system with a bypass unit having a cable, which is fixed to the rope fastening unit and is guided around a portion of the circumference of the support structure at a predetermined distance from the support structure. |
