Measuring body (1) is made of metal or plastic material with appropriate ribbing to relate to concrete. Is machined to a shape allowing the cabling (7) and the cable protect (6) to lock it with elements (3) on the surface of the measuring body (1). Measuring elements (3) are mounted on the surface of the measuring body (1) and are connected to the cabling (7). Mechanical protection of the measuring elements (3) providing the protective sleeve (2) fixed to the measuring body (1) by elastic mass. Cable protect (6) provides mechanical protection of cabling (7) during installation. Identification and calibration data and measurement parameters are stored in an electronic identification unit (5). Temperature correction measurements are carried out on the basis of the temperature reading on the thermometer (4).
