1. An apparatus for screening one or more potted plants for induced stress response, the apparatus comprising:
an automated conveyor system, wherein said automated conveyor system supports and transports one or more potted plants through an automated plant screening complex; wherein the automated plant screening complex comprises at least one automated plant weighing station for weighing individual plants; at least one automated plant imaging station and at least one automated fertigation station; and a computer system that directs said automated conveyor system and said automated plant screening complex, and collects and evaluates data acquired by the at least one plant weighing station and the at least one automated plant imaging station to direct the at least one automated fertigation station to provide the one or more potted plants with a calculated amount of water, nutrients or both.
