1. A compound of the formula (I)or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
A is a group of the formulawherein (*) indicates the point of attachment; and wherein
one of Y1 and Y2 is methylene, and the other of Y1 and Y2 is oxygen; and Rh represents one or more optional substituents, each of which is independently selected in each instance from hydrogen, hydroxy, alkylamino, cycloalkylamino, arylalkylamino, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, cycloalkylalkoxy, and arylalkoxy, each of which is itself optionally substituted; Q is oxygen; W is oxygen or sulfur; R1 is hydrogen; X is C(RaRb)n, where n is 1, 2, or 3, and each of Ra and Rb is independently selected in each instance from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, and alkoxy; m is an integer selected from 0, 1, 2 or 3; R2 is optionally substituted aryl; R3 is hydrogen; R4 is optionally substituted alkyl; Z is S(O)2; and R5 is optionally substituted benzothiazole. |
