The present invention relates to a structural panel having side brims and an assembling structure thereof, which completely block heat conduction through a connection gap in a lateral direction of structural panels. According to the present invention, the structural panel comprises: a first and a second plate coupled for a hollow portion to be formed therein; an insulation material embedded inside the hollow portion of the first and the second plate; and a pair of side brims symmetrically installed in both left and right sides of the first and the second plate. The side brims are made of an insulation material and have a body, a main coupling piece extended in a side of the body, and an auxiliary coupling piece formed to be spaced from the main coupling piece. The main coupling piece and the auxiliary piece are coupled between side edges of the first plate and the second plate. |
