The present invention relates to a patterning system using roll-to-roll. The patterning system using roll-to-roll of the present invention comprises: a pair of roll members which are arranged on a transferring path of a patterning object, face to each other, and have a different temperature; a contact area control unit which is arranged in at least one side of a front end or a rear end of the roll members and changes the transferring path of the patterning object for a contact area to be controlled by either the patterning object or the roll members; and a control unit which controls movement of the contact area control unit to control a temperature of the patterning object passing through the roll members. Therefore, according to the present invention, provided is the patterning system using roll-to-roll, which controls a contact area between a roll and a film, thereby controlling a temperature of the film before and after a patterning process.
