摘要 A manufacturing method of a vacuum panel having a honeycomb structure using a vacuum chamber is disclosed. According to the present invention, a honeycomb member is installed in an upper housing and a lower housing having four sides formed by bending after V cutting to be separated from the upper and the lower housing, and then mating surfaces are sealed by welding. A plurality of panels manufactured in this way are stacked on top of each other, and then the panels are transported into a vacuum chamber, wherein a front end of a pin having an opening in the front end thereof is inserted into a pin insertion hole formed on a side of the upper housing or the lower housing of each panel. Then, air is discharged from the vacuum chamber to make the vacuum chamber be in a vacuum state, then a rear end of the pin is hammered to be completely sealed, then the panels are transported out of the vacuum chamber to a workshop, and then the rear end of the pin is cut off.
