The present invention provides a massage head set capable of rotating and swing to be extensible wherein the invention includes an eccentric shaft torus which is provided with a swing arm in the part extended to one side of the eccentric shaft torus, the center of the swing arm is provided with a rectangular groove for position limits, the swing arm is provided with a passive side and an action side, the eccentric shaft torus is connected to the passive side of the swing arm, the action side of the swing arm is provided with at least one projection structure for massage, an eccentric shaft is fitted to an eccentric shaft hole of the eccentric shaft torus, an opening is provided inside of the eccentric shaft, a rotating plate formed integrally on the top surface of the eccentric shaft and a centrifugal hole of the rotating plate is fitted to the central axis hole, at least one protruding ball for massage is formed on the upper surface of the rotating plate, and upon rotating of the rotating plate to proceed with a massage, the swing arm swings to push and rub so as to give a massage. |
