A flexible display device includes: a flexible base substrate, a semiconductor pattern, a gate electrode and a gate insulation layer interposed between the semiconductor pattern and the gate electrode which are formed on the base substrate, a conductive pattern which includes a source electrode and a drain electrode which overlap on both ends of the semiconductor pattern, an interlayer dielectric layer which is arranged between the gate electrode and the conductive pattern on the gate insulation layer and has at least one opening part for reducing stress which is formed on an exposed region by the conductive pattern, and a protection layer which is formed on the interlayer dielectric layer and fills the opening part for reducing stress.
