Disclosed are a flow path conversion valve and a cleaner having the same. The disclosed flow path conversion valve comprises: a cylindrical valve housing having an inlet port into which compressed air is introduced in one side thereof; a first block member arranged in the inner side of the valve housing, having a plurality of first compressed air discharge holes; a second block member arranged in the inner side of the valve housing to face the first block member at a distance therebetween, having a plurality of second compressed air discharge holes on a position corresponding to the first compressed air discharge holes; and an opening and closing member selectively opening and closing the first compressed air discharge holes and the second compressed air discharge holes in accordance with a rotation in the circumferential direction between the first block member and the second block member.
