The present invention relates to a bubble removal device for composite materials. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bubble removal device comprises: a table (2) equipped with a worktable (5) laid on which composite materials (M) are laid; an air cylinder (20) which is capable of vertically reciprocating as supplied with air through an air hose (S) from the outside at the corresponding location to the worktable (5); a bubble removal plate (22) coupled to one end of the air cylinder (20); a support fixture (15) installed to support the air cylinder (20) on the upper side of the table (2); an operating lever (30) installed to control the speed of the air cylinder (20) as connected with the air hose (S) on one side of the table (2); and a silencer (40) installed to reduce noise on one side of the operating lever (30). According to the present invention, the device for automatically removing the remaining bubbles inside the composite materials using the bubble removal plate combined with the air cylinder vertically reciprocating has advantages of minimizing the generation of bubbles, and requiring little time for users to manually perform the bubble removal operation. |
