An embodiment of the present invention provides a method of preparing thermoplastic resin powder comprising the steps of: (a) injecting, into a reactor, rubber-modified graft copolymer latex, 0.1-2.0 parts by weight of anti-oxidant, 1-10 parts by weight of salting out agent, and 120-200 parts by weight of water with respect to 100 parts by weight of solid rubber-modified graft copolymer latex, to generate rubber-modified graft copolymer powder; and (b) simultaneously injecting ethylene bis stearamide (EBS) into the reactor to mature and collect the rubber-modified graft copolymer powder.
